I started 6 times ago when I acquired the flu, since I couldn't breath. It's 26 years with only two quits for six months each. The body remembers the obsession. My body is a specific bitch, because it effectively convinces me that we am dying! Every 48 mins, I am going to stay and pain writhes through my veins and guts like shards of goblet, pumping until my heartbeat fades and pressure in my breasts And arm!! This person is way to smart, it kinda proves that people aren't completely fastened or accountable for everything our body does.

Almost 3 weeks smoking free...and almost wish I'd never quit! Stomach pains/aches, dizziness, sinus pains, red/ itchy watery eye, random aches and pains all over the place...extreme anxiety attacks...constantly think it's something much much worse. My only solace is the fact that I can track each one of these issues back again to my quit date(except the anxiety-that's been with us for years), and of course reading that so many people go through the same things! I cannot tell you how much it can help!quit smoking resources free

I quit smoking 1 week ago today. I've experienced the worst insomnia, heartburn and very bloated. I had formed horrible cravings one day for a cigarette, but I allow it ride, performed some yoga breathing, it helped! I'm developing a whole lot of very odd dreams, which is kinda fun. No matter what, I will not give up. I've smoked for maybe 35 year's, leave a couple time's, and hated myself as i went back. This is one of the hardest thing's I've ever endured to undergo, but I'm very stubborn, so I'll use this to my non smoking advantages. Don't give up yourself, love yourself, because smoking is far from loving ourselves. Keep on moving on my friend's!!

I am on day 17 , after smoking 1/2-1ppd for 30 yrs. Halloween was my last drag wahoo….. I have been using the patch I selected to start out at step two 2 (14mg) which is doing very well, I noticed rather bad yearnings on days 12-15 but I make an effort to keep in mind why I quit, take profound breaths and suck on mints. So far no backsliding!!! I walk daily now at work on lunch rather than smoking and it helps.
